I haven't heard of doing that before, Lee, what is the theory behind that technique? It seems to have made the image very contrasty. ~Sharon

Nothing was altered about the picture. I just used a BW layer and COLOR layer and merged them together.

This does give me the feel that I might be mentally driffttingg past the flowers. What, exactly, did you do to this image? It looks like lowered saturation for the background but I am not sure if the flowers are as shot or if you did something to them. A nice effect, nonetheless! ~Sharon
