Rod, I truly love your passion for photography. Wish more people had it! -- Ken

Gawd I will have to pull my head in Kenneth, I get carried away trying to get people away from too much photoshop & into photography. This shot will serve as a great example for posters who photoshop too much & will now tell me to just bugger off in the future..............I think they already do:-)

Rod, actually this was done completely in the darkroom. The Kodachrome slide was placed in an enlarger and projected onto a 4x5 sheet of Kodalith film (a high contrast film used mostly in the printing industry). That resulted in a high contrast negative which was then placed in the enlarger and printed onto a sheet of 8x10 Kodak Polycontrast paper. I scanned the resulting print using a flatbed scanner. The only computer manipulation was to resize and then add the thin white border. -- Ken

I do like it Kenneth but this is a photography challenge:-) I don't think high contrast paper would give this look so I imagine this is a Photoshop creation.
