isolation through dof...isolation through color...old isolated subject from the current/modern time...i love the layers of varios isolation in this image. very well done Mary Anne. -Abstract

Never fear, Henry. I've got hundreds of photos of the place, although you'll be disappointed that they don't make donuts or other pastries. I'll be putting a bunch of the photos online once I finish doing the printing, matting, etc.

You're right about the same bakery, Henry. I spent a morning shooting there for a photo essay I'm doing for a Photojournalism class I'm taking. Carole, I know that the background is bright, but I like the way the orange ties in with the color of the "no sale" key. Is it really too distracting? Or does it just keep the mind engaged while the eye moves back and forth?
