Well, I shot this with window light from the late afternoon sun...and we haven't had such sun for the past few days. I'm sure I'll try it again at some other time, but it won't be in time for this challenge. Thanks for all your comments and suggestions...what a wonderful way to learn. --Mary Anne

Its not all or nothing Mary Anne as those highlights can be tamed by blocking the light wiv some white paper or cloth. So the shot will look much the same yet under control:-)

Very nice, Mary Anne! I like this a lot, and the title really tickled my funny bone! I don't mind the BHs in this but if you do reshoot I hope it doesn't get too dark. It's quite cheery this way! ~Sharon
