I rather like this Tom - it reminds me more of a more macro view - the anthers of the stamens of a flower! Maybe a different perspective might even enhance this notion - Good shot IMHO! CJ

I can see the tulip thing you were hoping for Tom. Maybe they need to be a little more randomly arranged to to add to that likeness?

with the high key edit I was trying to make it a bit more confusing.
IMHO looking at the thumbnail ( ignoring the tilte) you might think
that it's a pair of something organic, flowers... maybe tulips (?)
I'll try a more realistic edit though.
