I think this is definitely better as a shot of the body parts. What about framing it so you see her whole foot, and throwing something dark on the floor behind her so that it's a uniform background. I think that will help make this even stronger. (I think the background is less important than the whole foot...)

Even though this one is pretty lame, no pun intended, it does show more of the body parts. I have a very tattooed family but you won't find one on me anywhere!! I like the lick and stick ones that you can wash off later.
