Good call Mary Anne. And yes, Rod, post-9/11 the stairway into the statue has been closed "indefinitely." Now the closest you can get is the walkway at the top of the base, just below her feet.

I like looking up - if this is the statue of liberty, I did the climb but it awhile back when I went. Nice capture.
