Thanks, Mary Anne and Techo! This is a sculpture in front of the Hudson Train Station. It is cylindrical, about five feet high, about 6 feet in circumference and I don't think it actually "says" anything. The background color is the out-of-focus brick on the side of the train station. I should have written down the name of the sculpture and sculptor but I didn't. To me it is a very tactile sculpture, I like it quite a lot. ~Sharon
