Thanks, Brent, Mary Anne and Sue Ann! There was one of these in front of a garage about half way home from elementary school. I remember putting my dime in, lifting the lid and reaching into the cold, dark interior. I would locate an Orange Crush and wind it through the lanes inside making glass against glass and glass against metal noises as it went, until I could lift it out. Pop the top off using the bottle opener built into the machine and hear to the cap clatter into the box while the bottle fizzed cold in my hand. Cold round bottle opening against lips and teeth and icy orange pop gurgling down my throat. Sweet! Certainly a happy childhood memory! ~Sharon
Very nice, Sharon. The grayscale monitor check in the BG is a good touch. Somehow, I thought this might be yours just from the thumbnail.

This is really great Sharon, I just love old stuff like this. I remember seeing these traveling as a kid and they were often filled with grape and chocolate sodas along with the cokes for a dime. Very cool and well shot too.
