Downtown Kingston was once the commercial and cultural centre of Kingston....

Now it's best days are behind it and only the impressive and ornate architecture stand as testament to its times past of splendor and nobility

The buildings may look better in colour but the BHs won't:-)

Jam, how does it look in color? I imagine that the buildings must be painted various pastel hues.

No idea about the building's date but going by the architecture i'd estimate it to be the 19th century or so...

Great image Jammy. And thanks for including some history about the setting. Looks like a treasure trove of shooting possibilities for this challenge. Any idea how old that building is?
