CJ, you can get a trial version of Neat Image for free on the internet. I snagged your photo and ran it through and there weren't artifacts that I could see. I use this trial version for all my work. It seems suitable for what I'm doing here. Anyway, just a thought!
Thanks Christina and I agree! I'm going to break down and buy a decent noise reduction program as I tried the one in PS Elements and it did not work well. - left artifacts. CJ
