thanks b.c.!
it's all about raw beauty in Romania, and Transyilvania is a heaven for those with intrest in old architecture, mediaval towns, fortified churches, ruins, differnt "urban patterns" in different regions of ethnical groups.
some unbelievable locations in mid-Translyvania, within a 50 miles radius circle
yo'll find at least 20 locations of architectural heritage ( fortified churches, castles, ruins, fortresses ), some of them part of the Unesco world heritage.
I'm trying to put on my own pbase, and I'll try to upload some of the shots taken this summer, with the occasion of a two week trip around these locations.
till then, if you'd like to see some more, please take a look at this:

an amazing looking door/archway, Tom. great colour and sharpness, and some terrific patterns too. I'm so envious of places like this with such grand old architecture - b.c.
