Matt, no extension tubes, closeup filters or any other extra accessories where used. This is pretty much full frame, hand held. Trick is to use the manual focus when coming in this close. But I do want to get some extension tubes, the Kenko set looks quite good, and do want to get an external flash.
The white balance is a little on the warmer side for me but beside that man it is really cool. All three shots are great!!
I own the canon 100mm macro and I don't think I can that close without help how close you got. Did you use any extension tubes by any chances?
