thanks (is that you, Rod?) I used this lens here specifically because it has ridiculously shallow DOF anyhow, especially at min focus distance like in this shot (about 1.1m). And with fixed f/5.6 aperture, there's no chance to stop down for more DOF! :) - b.c.
