Very cosy, Rod. I also like the Cat Stevens LP... today in MP3, though ;-)
Guest 11-Jun-2006 16:59
...but I prefer: 'Tea for the Tillerman'. ;o)

Not at all. And I think, and I'm serious, this is a classic photo. Not only that, but to imagine getting such a well balanced exposure at that time is a big accomplishment. Excellent job you've done there Rod.

You're being very narrow minded Aaammm I have complimented plenty of shots where the BHs are a part of the shot & not a distraction, you need to learn the difference mate. In this shot I don't beleive it's a distraction......Do you?
Rod 09-Jun-2006 21:52
Thanks Sue Anne it was a Canon FTB:-)

Very interesting Rod. Neat, tidy and the 70's look :) and what camera?
aam1234 09-Jun-2006 21:39
Totally agree. Not only that, but my hat is off to Rod for taking such a well exposed photo....in 1971. I mean it.

But still, BHs is BHs ;) will abuse him as much as he abuses everybody else :)

I must say Aam, the BHL in this shot is perfectly expectable and acceptable in this type of shot. Unless there was tons of indoor light to match the outside light would you then get the shot I think you have in mind, another is to do a double exposure composite. But this is nice just the way it is.

Start on what. The very things that you've been repeating...ad nauseum?
Rod 09-Jun-2006 20:48
Thanks Mary Anne:-) You have a lot to learn Aaammm, try making a start mate.
aam1234 09-Jun-2006 18:43
BHs? hmm
ctfchallenge09-Jun-2006 13:41
Good shot, Rod. You always amaze me when you're able to pull out these photos from over 30 years ago.

Rod, thanks for bringing a moment of quietness in this breathtaking flow of pictures. I like the picture and the title and the the date very much ! Regards, Nicola.
