I think this is excellent! At first I thought it was some beads but now that I know it is sap, how beautifully captured. I might crop some off the top and off the right, as my eye is too drawn to too much space on the right. Nicely done Paul. jano

Paul, great shot. I would suggest changing the title to "Treesap" to calm the questioning title busters out there!

CJ, it's the sap out of a Silky Oak, an Australian native tree that leaks gallons of this stuff, if you park a car underneath one it takes off the top layer of laquer and stains. I was going to reject a series of photos i took that didn't work but noticed this small section that i cropped very hard. I nearly missed it.
I ballsed up with the title though. It was supposed to be teardrops due to the shape but put Tears instead. I've since corrected it.

Rod, i don"t sit down long enought to get piles, i bet yours are crook which is why your bike is never used Mr Knobbly:>))

I know Mutley suffers from piles but Paul wouldn't surely............................would he. I didn't know they could look this good though.

Interesting shot Paul but what the heck is it - Sap? I like that one drop about ready to fall down and the little star highlights, but you're really stretching it with that title! :-) CJ
