Dont find the title "tilting-bridge" as a regular hyphenated word or term. If you cant find an example of such use in some article or rename the image to something else, I'd have to move this to Pending. Sorry.
As for the image... I think it's a nice shot, and I'm not just being nice ;)
(*)It could use just a slight crop across the bottom, to get rid of the slim white sliver.
And some extra saturation to boost the sky and overall contrast.
Pete - nice capture - too often this bridge is photgraphed from the Newcastle side with the Baltic in the background. Nice to see it taken from the Gateshead side with the Newcastle side as a backdrop.
