Love the mood, colors, comp! (run Dorothy, looks like a twister) Yvonne

I have trouble seeing the picys how can I see wot's in a thumbnail:-)
If you're buying I'll have a full strength.
Paul 22-Apr-2006 03:50
I'll buy you a beer Rod.

Do you notice the thumbnail still has the tree? Odd innit?
Rod 21-Apr-2006 11:41
Then for this once only I agree with Paul:-) Great job.
alexeig21-Apr-2006 06:48
No, Rod, the only difference with the previous version is cloning
Rod 20-Apr-2006 11:03
From me poor memory I think he's cropped most of it out, I'm sure there was a bit more house in the original................but then wot would I know:-)
Paul 20-Apr-2006 02:19
Excellent use of the cloning tool, you'd never know the twig was there. Great shot.

Love the yellow house against the dark sky and the nice symmetry! Great capture! :-) CJ

Thanks, James and Paul. In response to popular demand the tree is eliminated
James Ross19-Apr-2006 21:18
Really like the contrast between the sky and the paintwork. I would lose the tree. :-)

Top shot Alex. Fantastic colour as always and great mood with that threatening cloud. If the branch won't clone out any good is it possible to lower the bottom of the photo or is this how it was taken rather than cropped? I'm just thinking that if we saw more of the tree it wouldn't be as obtrusive as a small branch that resembles a hair on the lens.
alexeig19-Apr-2006 05:28
Many thanks for comments, everybody. I shall work on cloning out the branches

simple, yet beautiful. nice contrasty colors and appealing composition. i like it. -Abstract

Nice. You should have cut down the tree first. 8-)
Britt 18-Apr-2006 13:50
Love the yellow in this one. Great job Alex
Rod 18-Apr-2006 10:54
Yes the house looks great with that lighting, well done Alexeig. It's also great the imaginative titles you think up.........not:-)
Guest 18-Apr-2006 10:41
I like the clean lines and shadows on the siding.

Good capture, Alexeig. It has a three-dimensional feel to it.

Nice image Alexeig; very striking and lined up nice and straight. Looks like you probably had to get in out of the rain soon after taking this one.
