Wouldn't that have been "red" the rules? - :-} propstrike

Welcome to the challenge Josy, don't worry not many of us have read the rules:-)

Yes, it's right... I didn't read the rules, please accept my apologies... it's the first time I'm joining a challenge... you can move this to the exhibition gallery... Thanks!

Hey just realized - you can't reshoot this. Tulips aren't blooming in Chicago right now. Shouldn't this be in exhibition?

Great picture. * I too find the window frame distracting and would like it better with plain brick background and a contrast boost.

I think if Josy buggers the frame off the shot will look 100% better:-)

Lovely shot of these flowers. :)

Perhaps you will post a tweak of this shot before the end of the challenge because it really is nice Josy. As some have said, maybe contrast- or possibly curves? It's almost there though.

Love the angles of the flowers. I agree that a bit more contrast would help, as well as perhaps some color adjustment to warm up the picture. I think the composition is good, the white window frame doesn't bug me. Agreed about good depth of field.

Great work. Would prefer if the background was missing the window frame and is filled with brick wall. The DOF is perfect.
Maybe, a bit boost in contrast will further enhance the picture.

WOW so pretty! Looks like a greeting card. I think this is an instance where the drop shadow works for the image :) (That should get Rod going....)
