It was freezing but some people are just too cool to carry an umbrella or wear a coat I guess. Or he could have been in a somber mood indeed. I didn't stop him to ask.

My favorite of the three b/w ones posted. Walking in the snow with the tie untied and top button open, wasn't it freezing!? Looks like this bloke was in a somber mood.
