Thanks Britt and Cat. Yvonne, have fun recharging your batteries out of the rainy gloom down in Mexico- sounds great!

Brent, Take em when you can! I live in the NW as well (south) and I found myself running outside at lunch to snap a few. Now, alas, indoors again. Luckily, I am leaving for Mexico next week. Sun here I come (camera in hand) This shot is very nice, love the Olympics and the totem pole is awesome . Yvonne

I like the softness of the light and yet strong details here, not to mention the beautiful landscape. jano

Yes, thanks Mary Anne. It's raining again now, but I can remember the nice sunny stroll I was able to take yesterday- hope I get another one before too awfully long.

Brent, how wonderful for you to be able to walk a short distance from your office and see a scene like this. Kind of makes up for all that rain, doesn't it?

I totally agree with you Rod :-) My situation will get better soon enough. I moved my business to a new location this month and there is still some settling in to be done. Once things do slow down it will be great to have so many photographic opportunities just outside my office as it is now in downtown Seattle.

Brent I think you need to slow down at work mate, photography is far too important to have work interfering:-)

Thanks Rod, I felt lucky to have both a break in the wet weather and my schedule and be able to step out of the office for a bit and capture this one.

Great title Brent & the soft lighting on the pole is great. Well done mate:-)
