Very nice Sueanne - love the colors you captured in the clouds and the silhouette of the near tree. You could probably underexpose just a tad more (since this is shot in RAW) to downplay the little bit of blown sky on the left and then bring out the colors and highlights in PS? That can be tricky though. I think it would be nice to see the enitre part of the tree on the right as well as it is slightly cut off. Very nice. jano

Thank you for all your comments :) I was lucky to be up to see this, usually getting the kids ready for school, I miss this early view .... the RAW enabled me bring out the colors, tree details too :) .....

and Rod, hubby don't bring me any cuppa, I have to get it me self :))) LoL

Beautiful sky Sueanne. This picture reminds me so much of the cold, still winter mornings in Minnesota when I was growing up. I like it a lot :-) CJ

Really like the silhouette of the tree and the colors in the sky. The clouds seem bit soft.

Great sunrise Sueanne, the tree silhouette makes it.

Beautiful sunrise, Sueanne. The colors are wonderful. As a farm wife, you're probably up this early most days. Have you tried to capture those colors reflected in the snow?

You girls are very sneaky, I thought I was in for a win in this challenge & you post an awesome sky like this. You're lucky a tree got in the way otherwise this shot would be off topic:-)
This is terrific Sue Anne & the wider aspect of the shot really suits it too. Fancy you being up this early, can't you train hubby to be more quite when he brings you in your morning cuppa?:-)
