Thank you for your comments, Lee. There were a couple of reasons for cutting off the right frame. First, it's very near a lamp, which caused BHs. Second, I couldn't straighten the image perfectly, and the slant was most obvious along the right edge. Finally, after I cropped off the right of the photo, I liked the composition better. The white mat running off the edge of the image seems to make the photo more dynamic, suggesting some movement into ??? The future??

Thank you all. The "bloke" is my youngest son, who was sitting at my computer working on a grad school application. I don't think he was even aware that I took the picture.
