Britt - I shouldn't tell you this in case you all like the shot less, but the bread was not freshly baked and cooling - it was frozen and thawing in the morning light by the kitchen window! LOL
but I did think the lighting was interesting, so I grabbed my camera...

Ymmmmmmmmm! How I love bread and making it too! The wb is perfect, great shadowing and very sharp. Love the little seeds sprinkled on the bread. Simply wonderful. jano

This would probably make an Atkins dieter go completely insane. The moistness you can see on the left side on top of the middle loaf glistens; you can tell it's fresh out of the oven. Where's my knife????
