Sharon, unless we go somewhere in southern Connecticut, I doubt that we'll find colorful foliage. We're already beyond peak here, and I suspect that the leaves will be pretty much gone by the end of this week, but the softer muted colors of November have a beauty of their own. BTW I love that shot of yours. Is that snow that I see there? I'm not ready for that yet!

This is a lovely fall color picture with the added benefit of a lone runner. Good work! I haven't had a chance to get many fall color images, our maples all went yellow this year without much red. Landscapes in New York are pretty much yellow and brown, especially now as we are past peak.
