Abs, I had a piece of the buildings in the original beyond that point and it was suggested (and I like it better) that I crop it out. But, I was thinking the same thing when I took the shot. Yvonne

i dont know, how did i miss this beautiful shot earlier. what a feast of colors. although perspective/angle and converging lines are my favourite parts of the image. i really wish there was something to look at in the far/bottom center of the image after those leading lines take my eyes there. -Abstract

Hi Friends,

been away at my niece's 30th b-day, I had to get her a good gift so she will teach me how to clone on my own again. This was a fun shooting day down at the glass museum, too bad they made me check the camera at the door!!!! Yvonne

Agree Pedro all the angles are working well here.

Nice colors, good shot. I wouldn't "verticalize" in THIS case.. since it would look unnatural... my opinion....

A feast of color * I wonder how it would look after "verticalling" the vertical lines in PS

Great shot and, the crop is perfect! The image gives the appearance that one might be looking down at a wall of a building but, I happen to believe the glass is showcased in the ceiling, which is a very popular exhibit in many museums nationwide. Did you photograph any straight up AT the ceiling? I did (when his exhibit was here in Florida) and I came up with some really cool abstracts!! Markjay

What a stunning shot, Yvonne. Wonderful colors...and how lucky to be near a museum of glass for this particular challenge. BTW I agree about the crop.

Nice shot Yvonne, the patterns here work great. Try Britt's crop it may improve the patterns.

Have you tried cropping out just the itty bit at the bottom that shows the brick buildings in the street? I think it might look nice. ~Britt

That's beautiful, Yvonne. I hope you got more than just one shot of a museum of glass! Wish we had stuff like that in Nebraska...if we ever have a challenge on CORN, I might have a shot! ~Britt
