I really like this shot a lot! (And hopefully not just because I am a huge baseball fan....) Anyway, I wonder if you would have moved just a bit to the right or backed up just a bit to grab some more of the sunlight if it would have given you even more of the darkness of the fence on this side? Just my thoughts... But a great composition.. good job.
