Thanks for the positive comments. No, Mary Anne, I'm not for hire. Sorry. I did everything except the rough in plumbing. I hired a couple of master plumbers to do that and glad I did. I did the finish plumbing only because they put valves on the lines and I could shut them off. Oh, yes, Rod, I never mow my lawn and neither does Mrs. Pops.
