you are absolutely right about judging the relative sizes and surely i dont want posters to restrict to known/common subjects only...
what i am looking for in entries, is that impact in photographs that can be achieved with disproportion of relative subjects without distorting them. i must say, you have perfectly captured the theme in your fountain shot, which lacks in other two shots imho.
they fulfill challenge rules to get categorized as on-topic but i encourage you to submit shots with more disproportional impact. so the answer to your question is, No, its not off-topic and Yes, you can replace/modify the shot as many times as you like. btw, thank you very much for participating...-Abstract

Although I would point out that it can be difficult to impossible to judge the relative sizes of subjects in a photo when you are not familiar with them. It would be a shame if we were restricted to subjects for which the size is known. Whoever said that "the camera never lies" didn't know what they were talking about, as this challenge shows so well.

Well, the temple is about four storeys high and the tree is about four feet high. Granted it's not obvious! But I do feel that the angle gives the picture some dynamism, although it obscures the relative sizes.

If you think that it's off topic, I'm happy to replace it with another picture (if that is that allowed?)
