Thank you all for your kind comments. The window pane was absolutely clean and the light inside was sufficient for the shot to be taken without flash in order to avoid reflections, the only reflections on the bottle and the glass are from the windows on the opposite side of the street. A closer crop is no bad idea, cropping the lower part would help to get rid of the empty area in front of the case but I am not quite decided to do any changes now. Gerald

This is a sumptious image. The crop is careful to keep the subject entirely in frame. I don't think this is necessary. A closer crop may give a more interesting image. Andy

Nice looking shot Gerald I like the little highlights around the glass through to the bottle. Maybe this would have been a good time to buy this fine bottle as it looks like you get a free glass:-)

This really reminds me of Pops 'Vintage' in the Think Inside The Box challenge. Like the others i find it hard to believe it was taken through a window. Very good shot
