I guess the haze can be reduced with PP (LCE), which will also enhance the contrast. Not sure how this will affect the mood of the image, though... \Oved

Many thanks for comemnts. No, I have not used a polarizer. In fact, I have never shot with polarizer, although recently I purchased one. I should give it a try

this shot has lots of character. i like it.
Rich, from some reflections from water surface, my guess would be alexeig did not use polarizer. good shot nonetheless. -Abstract

Excellent shot, you can't help but wonder why its there. Did you use a polarizer filter?

Paul and Andy, thanks for comments BTW

Paul, this is at waterfront in Trondheim, Norway, where I live.

This is very good and fits the lyric very well.. Like Andy i like the light too and the colours are excellent. Great entry. Where is this?
Andy 24-Apr-2005 17:35
I like this. You have an eye for composition. The light is terrific and i don't find a problem with the haze.

Thanks a lot for comments and suggestions. I eliminated the white thing, it was distracting. I agree also about the hase but this is much more difficult to fix. It is essentual to have the sun shining upon the water, otherwise the bicycle will not be visible. In fact, I have passed this place many times in dull weather never noticing the bicycle. But, the sun brings the hase ...

Waw, nice composition... * I think you should choose another time for shooting this, the haze spoils it a little bit, in my opinion.

Very cool image. I would clone out the white thing on the left of the front wheel. theFly
