I think the framing is fine as it is. If the yellow crayon was in full view then the journey through the shot would be too quick as the yellow crayon with the longer word yellow written on it may become too much of a focal point.
How's that Shu? I'm in teaching mode:-)
Nugar--Can't see it (the entire yellow crayon) from that prospective--no room to frame it differently from that angle due to 50mm lens. I still forget to tune into the ISO and haven't experiemented with 400+ as yet. But if you say the 20D will perform, I'll have to try it. BTW, I love your "nitpickin"" -- I learn so much. Thanks. Shu
This is beautiful! I like how the painted floor leads you to the entrance. * Nitpicking: It would be nice to see the whole yellow crayon. The image itself seems to be a bit overexposed, but I have to add that I just woke up and that I have a window right besides my monitor here. You might also want to try iso 800 next time. You can get really nice almost noiseless images with iso800 on the 20D.
I recently found out something that is news to me and I want to share it with the group even if it is old news to some. Will do so on the main thread as it may be of interest.
