What is a cow without its tail? It's perfect the way it is. Excellent and great creativity!

Why does this image remind me of the inside of a XXXX carton Paul? You will have to wait until you're an advanced photographer before you reach for the sheet mate........You are allowed to use a hanky tho:-)
Paul 09-Apr-2005 10:02
Thank you all for the comments, i've tried umpteen times to clone out the tail but i still get a smudge that looks like the cow had a bad case of explosive flatulence so i think i'll have to leave it in.

Rod, i haven't got the you know whats have i? Bugger. I'd try a white sheet but it would have caught fire.

Regards
Paul

beautiful shot.
I love it

the lights look like spilt milk

the udders seem to have thrown the milk to one side , maybe because she is boxed in
) :

she seems to be apologising for the accident but absolutely disgusted that you caught her little mishap

now that we all can see it........ she is mortified

kinder to let the poor cow out and let the udders work properly
:)

Something keeps me coming back to this shot. I like the perspective and the suprise at the end of the lights. theFly

Excellent shot Paul - very creative! The fact that it is a tall space (a lot taller than wide) along with the candle lighting really makes this space seem like a place of worship - supporting your funny title perfectly. Looking into this cardboard space reminds me of the good old days in architecture school, where making scaled cardboard models was THE way to design buildings. --Olaf.dk

This shot immediately draw my attention... wll done, Paul. Excellent lights.

Paul, I like your spirit! Cloning is not difficult, but it needs a little practice and patience. You'll get there, its just matter of time :-) Cat

Thank you all for your comments. It took a lot of shots at multiple settings to get close to the effect i wanted. There was a lot of heat coming out of the box by the time i was done.
Cat, i've tried to clone out the tail but it's the first time i've tried cloning anything and so far i've ended up with an ugly smudge but i shall keep on trying as it's something worth learning to use properly.
Regards
Paul

Great idea and execution. The whole setting really looks larger than lifesize
Guest 02-Apr-2005 19:09
What an idea! Paul you do have creative mind :) The title, the lights and the arrangement make it more appealing. If I were you, I would see if the small black/dark square mark on the right wall behind the cow can be clonned off (I am guessing its a part of the cows tail) -Cat
