aaahaaa...thats more like it. As Richard has mentioned, i like the feel-of-depth with the help of shadows (side lighting) in this one. clever! it would have been flat with top/front lighting. wtg Cat. -Abstract

Thanks Prof! (I hope you don't mind that :-) ) I had to look it up in the dictionary to be sure of the meaning "play of light and shadow". I am really glad that you liked it. I did not get much feed back on my previous picture so I knew something must be wrong, Then Abs pointed out the problem and I started looking for a solution, ofcourse the original flower had wilted by then :-) -Cat

Thanks Techo. There is some loss of resolution on the petals, but they have some transparancy in the orig. I guess the backlight helped me -Cat
