The newly refurbished General Post Office, Melbourne, Australia.

The GPO is located on the western end of the Bourke St Mall and is no longer a post office. Instead it is occupied by boutique clothing stores for the fashionable Melbournites.

Bloody hell, we were right near there last week! If I'd known how close I was to it, I'd have gone there them. Oh well...next time, definitely.
Anti, I am not a shopper. I can walk through the most expensive shopping malls and not even glance at the merchandise. I hate shopping with a passion.

Very nice shot mate. Could you paint a bit more of a picture of where this is situated so the posters can get a feel for it? Is it in the centre of town in the business district, are these people sitting down writing letters to post or do they have cafes in the GPO (General post office)

On my next trip to Melbourne, I am gonna find this place and take some pics. I like this one, it really shows the architecture of the city.
