Great catch, right place, right time... I agree, would be interesting if the silhouette was not touching the trees (easy cloning operation), but that may make it look too fake or staged. - Tom

Really like this one - Its got a nice 3d-like effect I think. Especially the rightmost ski looks like it's about to come flying out of the picture.
It *is* a cool picture. Would be cooler if you had got the skiier completely within the sky and not with the feet touching the treeline, but I know this is an unrepeatable picture.
