Many thanks, for appreciative comments. Markjay and Rod, you both are unsure about the the sky. The dynamic range here was way beyond the capabilities of any digicam. You can have a look at the original frame here which was only resized to 800x600:

This frame is exposed for the average luminance and according to my eyes the shadows are way too dark while the sky is a way less bright, contrasty and saturated than it was under the shooting conditions. So, I opened shadows a bit and increased the saturation and contrast of the sky to approximate closer what I have seen.

The sky in Arizona can be VERY saturated at sunrise and sunsets, here is another example from Sedona shot in about a week afterwards:

Very nicely captured, Alexig. Nicely composed and a captivating sky! Colors seem a tad oversaturated to my eyes (looking at the buildings) but hey, you were there! Markjay

Alexeig, I like this photo very much... I'm of two minds here, in that I get the feeling it might look even better if it was cropped to a 6 X 4 (16:9) aspect ratio. With the top part of the sky cropped just a little, which would give the mountain greater majesty and power from a compositional POV.
