It's sort of handheld. I took this with my S45 as I didn't feel safe carrying the 10D around, especially with a tripod. Walking one end of the stip to the other is 3 miles and a crowded bus journey back too. So I took the S45 and used the old tried and trusted technique of holding it against lamp-posts and resting it on top of bins and walls. I think this was a lamppost shot. I'm glad you like it. I went back months later - see the next shot, and even though it was a shorter walk and with more people, I still took the S45.

Was this handheld? Very nice capture of Las Vegas, better than I managed with my 300D! Paul Donovan
