Thanks Markjay, and I agree with you about adding more than the water. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything at that time except the buoy, and the window for that color is about 10 minutes only before it changes. Thanks again for the comment.
Pretty colors in your image. My two cents (*) for you... when I'm shooting sunsets (and I shoot ALOT of them) I try to capture them with something in the image besides the water. There are times when the water itself IS in fact interesting on it's own (a beautiful captured wave or wave pattern) but most of the time, the water by itself just doesn't "do it for me" visually. SO, I try to include more in the image like a passing boat, a human silhouette... something that adds to the image and gives it a center of interest. Thank you for participating in the challenge.
