Absolutely, I was stuffed at this point after walking for two hours and when I looked back I thought."Hay it's me!"
(I remember that from somewhere)anyway the salt spray in the distance was the wreck of the Sigma , I started at 6.30am in the morning and got back to my car at 1 pm,somebody told me it was a 20 minute walk so I took no water or food and it was 35 celsius.
