LOL! That might be coming from the fact that I'm totally fighting with speed disk to get it to defrag my hard drive. It just keeps locking up on me. So I guess those maps will start popping up everywhere I look! LOL! ~ Lonnit

I love how the the mat vaguely reflects between the lines at the top of the cup. Reminds be of my monitor when I'm defragging!!!!!! LOL! Great shot. ~ Lonnit

Thanks Abstract! You have a good memory. It was the same placemat from my cherry picture done earlier this year. My wife bought it for our good china. It really photographs well. Lee

Thanks Max and Techo. Max, That is what I liked about it. It gave the illusion of where the cup and placemat started and ended. They seemed to become one. Thanks for the comments. It is always nice to hear someone elses point of view. Lee

A fine shot, except...
The white box on the edge of the saucer runs into a white box in the tablecloth, removing the serenity and minimalism. Or maybe you intended to stir us up a bit.

Very, very nice pic, Lee. I love how the b&w border of the saucer matches the pattern
