Oh wow, this guy looks almost identical to a dear friend of mine (who's photo has appeared in the challenges on more than one occasion). For that reason, to me it's wonderful :-)

Nice shot, Rose... Lawry is right but it's an easy fix -- in nearly any image enhancement program, click on Auto-Levels. That's it. If you want to consider one other suggestion, eliminate the arm. Use the same 4:3 crop ratio but start your crop in the upper-right corner and drag towards the lower-left corner. Stop just before you get to arm. That leaves us with white shirt, blue sky and red face (why does this sound familiar?). Don.

Nice Perspective...you need improve on the sky color..It's look a bit flat. Perhaps you could add contrast to the image.
