The image dimensions are a bit too big. 800x600 would be much better on most of 1024x768 screens. Besides, you might've chosen the liquid more carefully. This one is too obvious for a fake.

A variation of Andreas winning photo from contest #25... and equally as scary! Thinking too hard about it makes me feel queasy - which is a compliment, by the way! (*)Try darkening the blood slightly and cloning out the very tip of the knife to improve what I hope is an illusion :)
