Oh, I meant to mention that Kiewit's book is about what remains of the Old West in the U.S. Very similar to what Gayle says is typical of the Outback. --Mary Anne

I have a book of photos by John Kiewit called "Gone to Sanctuary from the Sins of Confusion," and the cover piece has the same beautiful tones you've captured here. You might enjoy the book, which includes many scenes of stark beauty and serenity such as this. --Mary Anne

Fantastic! This could also be titled "Way Out West" as it matches the lyrics to that song so well. Love the colours, composition, subject matter. It's so very "outback Aussie". Gayle
