Buggy Oregano (*)

Panama, at my backyard

I am completely in blank as to what to photograph for this Challenge. So I though "let's mimmick some of the leaves shots" and went to my herb garden. I was experimenting with the textures of my "Oregano" (actually a plectrantus, which I just mispelled) when this tiny bug came across. I ran for my Hoya macro lenses and started shooting. Favorite? I don't know, I still have no favorites in photography, as I try to tackle everything.

I think it was a kid insect, since it wouldn't stay put! Anyway, I like the color, the texture and the bug enough to justify to myself uploading here. What do you think?

The bug looks like it's looking across a deep chasm LOL.

I like it too, and I think it was a good choice. It's kind of humourous too, the little bug looks like he's deciding whether to jump or not!
Nice shot and excellent composition. Congrats on your patience in getting this photo.
