I believe this is about my best portrait, so it belongs here. Taken for the SLR Liquids challenge, it was a lot of fun to shoot, although the day was our summers hottest (42 degrees C, about 110 F) and my young model showed an extraordinary amount of patience while I got it right. While shooting this photo, we drank 4 litres of orange juice.
The backdrop is simply a sheet of yellow cardboard. Natural daylight.
