Originally I was going to enter this into the main contest. But I decided to place it here instead. Taken with a 500d close up filter. Taken 15" away to keep from spooking it. It's not a full zoom, but it shows it's shape pretty well. This one is injured, when I was editing it, I noticed a small tear in it's wing. This is probably the reason it was so loud when it flew by me.
