Thanks for your comment. Its funny, because I took 250+ pictures in 3 days I spent in Lake Atitlán, and I ended posting in the challenge 3 pictures from the same spot, but shot at different time.
This picture was shot around 7 PM. As you know, in Central America is already very dark at that time (we dont have the advantage of having "very long" days as our colleagues in the northern or southern hemispheres). So the light you see in the back are the last sun rays of 2003. I used the 15 second long exposure option from my camera. I like to do this, because often you get very nice sky colors that you dont see with your bare eyes.
Beautiful picture, Jose Pablo. It is obviously taken from the same place as the bike. Looks great by night. The light over the mountains, is it part of the sunset, or city lights?
