Skyline *

NYC

Taken from the Empire State Building. The view is magnificent at night. The light you see between the buildings is from the Times Square. In the background, you can see the George Washington Bridge. I didn't have a tripod with me so I rest the camera on the ledge to keep it steady. And yes, I had the strap tied around my wrist "tightly". I don't think my camera will survive a 86 floor drop. :)

I really like this photo, it has an imagery that reminds me of Blade Runner (the movie). You have done a great job capturing the skyline with a true feel of depth in the image.

very nice pic. Personally I don't think my heart could stand the thought of my camera making that drop - with or without a bungee rope or parachute!!

The glow of Times Square is great! I've never seen this captured like this in a photo before. Nice originality. :) ~ Lonnit
