The WFC is a large office complex by the Hudson River at the side of the World Trade Center site (the large office buildings in the center and left of Klyphton's "Still a Sight to Behold" exhibition submission captures it well) . While parts of the WFC sustained facade damange, the buildings were structually sound and many have been re-occupied. At the back of the atrium in this photo was a bridge that connected to the Trade Center complex (40,000 people crossed that bridge every day).
